Copper Care: Copper tubs are very easy to maintain. Simply rinsing the tub after each use and wiping it dry will keep the finish and copper looking its best. Copper is a very sanitary material but for a more thorough cleaning, it is best to use a very gentle soap and soft, non-abrasive cloth with warm water. Make sure to thoroughly rinse the soap and wipe the tub dry with a clean cloth afterwards.

Recommended Care: If your home is located in a hard water area, it is especially best if the tub is dried after each use to prevent deposit buildup which can be difficult to remove and damage the finish. For added protection, a light coat of high quality wax can be applied as needed. When the water no longer forms into beads as it hits the surface, another coat can be applied. Do not use any harsh cleaners or household cleaners on copper tubs.
